A crucial part of this is 100 % reliable quality inspection of incoming raw materials and semi-finished products in their alloy components.

In 2020, the company began using the ferro.lyte® mobile spark spectrometer and the the inductar® ONH cube elemental analyzer on site to verify precursor products at the incoming goods stage. The analyzers significantly cut the time and costs involved compared to those for the external testing laboratory that the company was using before. Costs for internal quality inspection are significantly lower. In addition, the materials can be identified with 100 % certainty within just a few minutes at the incoming goods stage
